Ingredients:

• 2 Love Your Eggs eggs, separated
• 3 Tbsp flour
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• 1–2 tsp milk
• 3–4 Tbsp sugar (to taste)
• Splash of lemon juice

Eyeball Pudding Cups

Perfect for spooky gatherings and festive fun, these Eyeball Pudding Cups will steal the spotlight at your Halloween celebration. Don’t underestimate this creepy sweet treat, it stares back! For the richest flavor, be sure to use Love Your Eggs.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 Outdoor Cage-Free Love Your Eggs egg
  • A dash vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cheesecake-flavored Jello mix
  • Gummy rings (Lifesavers)
  • Brown M&Ms
  • Red decorating gel

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch, egg, vanilla, and cheesecake Jello mix. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until smooth and thickened (about 8–10 minutes).
  2. Divide the pudding into 3–4 cups or small containers and refrigerate until set I did 4 hours.
  3. Top each cup with a gummy ring and a brown M&M to create an “eyeball.” Pipe on red gel for bloodshot veins.
  4. Grab a spoon and enjoy these creepy, creamy delights!
