Halloween Cupcakes

👻🎃Give your Halloween spread a devilish twist with these creepy-cute Halloween cupcakes. They’re scary good!

Ingredients:
- 1 box gluten-free Devil’s Food cake mix ( you can use any Devil’s Food cake mix)
- 2 large Outdoor cage-free eggs Love Your Eggs
- ¾ cup milk (or whatever your package specifies)
- 1 stick (½ cup) butter, softened
- 1½ cups powdered sugar give or take
- ½ cup Oreo crème-flavored whipped frosting
- Eyeball sprinkles
- Piping bag or if you don’t have that, a gallon-size plastic bag (snip the corner)
Directions:
1. Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F (or whatever temperature your box instructions require). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. Mix the Batter
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and milk. Beat with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth
3. Fill & Bake
Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Spoon the batter into cupcake liners.
Bake as long as your package says, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before frosting.
4. Make the Frosting
In a medium bowl, mix the softened butter until creamy.
Gradually add powdered sugar and until desired texture.
Fold in the Oreo creme frosting until well combined. Add more powdered sugar if needed to achieve desired texture.
5. Decorate
Spoon frosting into a piping bag or plastic bag with the tip cut off.
Pipe tall shapes onto cooled cupcakes.
Top with candy eyeballs, and you’re ready to serve!
